OM is a goalless practice. For 15 minutes a stroker strokes the upper left-hand quadrant of the strokee’s clitoris using light pressure, similar to what you would use if you were stroking your upper eyelid.  Like other mindfulness practices, you simply feel what you are feeling without craving or aversion. In OM having two beings focus on the clitoris provides numerous benefits discussed in the “Why OM?” section.
